The administrator of your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) after registration on the website and in connection with the use of its functionalities is MG Kreacja Michał Gula, based in Częstochowa (42-202), ul. Gwiezdna 11/23.

2. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator, in particular for the following purposes:

  • enabling contact with the Administrator via contact forms,
  • preparing personalized commercial offers,
  • defense against potential claims,
  • analytical and statistical purposes.


3. Your data may be shared only with entities authorized by national or EU law. The service administrator has taken due care to properly secure the provided personal data, in particular against unauthorized access.

4. Your personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or until your consent is withdrawn. The Administrator reserves the right to process the data for up to 3 months after achieving the purposes for its own analytical and statistical purposes.

a) consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), particularly for marketing purposes of cooperating entities;

b) the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), particularly in the case of generating personalized commercial offers;

c) compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), under national or EU law;

d) purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including responding to inquiries submitted via the “Contact” section, and for the Administrator’s statistical and analytical purposes — where the legitimate interest is the ability to analyze and evaluate the Administrator’s actions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and defending against third-party claims.

7. The security of your personal data is our priority. However, if you believe we are violating GDPR regulations while processing your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
